45 min Reformer Pilates inspired class to create overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Get ready to feel the tone and burn after this one!
dance cardio core
30 min Aerobics with an athletic twist! This interval class will have your heart pounding, face smiling and sweat dripping in no time! ALL levels are welcome!
